Effective 26 August 2026
Privacy policy
Triblyn Studio LLC (“Triblyn Studio”, “we”) is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. This explains what personal data we handle, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
The short version
We don’t run advertising, we don’t sell data, and we don’t track you around the internet. The only personal data we routinely hold is what you type into our contact form.
1. This website
triblynstudio.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so loading a page doesn’t report your visit to anyone else.
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which keeps short-lived operational logs containing information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL and timestamp. Those logs exist to serve the site, keep it available and defend against abuse. We don’t use them to identify individual visitors.
2. The contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you enter, and we use them for one purpose: answering you.
- Delivery. Messages reach our inbox through Resend, our email provider, acting as a processor on our behalf.
- Legal basis. Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our business, and on performance of a contract where your message concerns something you’ve bought from us.
- Retention. We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and longer only where tax, accounting or legal rules require it. Then we delete it.
- No marketing. Your address never goes on a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share personal data with anyone for marketing purposes.
3. Our software
Privacy behaviour differs between products, and each one’s own documentation is the authority on how it works. As of the date above, the software we ship is:
Wachive — a browser extension that converts WhatsApp Web conversations into PDF documents. Parsing, media handling, voice-note transcription and PDF generation run locally in your browser, and Wachive’s content security policy is configured to prevent chat contents, media and generated documents from being transmitted off your device. It needs no account, and we never receive your conversations. See wachive.com for its current details.
If you buy a paid licence, the purchase is handled by our payment provider, which is identified at checkout under its own privacy policy. We receive the licence record and the contact details needed to issue and support that licence — not your card details.
4. Who else sees your data
We keep the list short, and use each one only as a service provider:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and operational logs.
- Resend — delivery of contact-form messages.
- Our payment provider — processing purchases and licences.
Beyond these, we disclose personal data only where the law requires it, or where it’s necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
5. International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data is transferred out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards our providers put in place for those transfers.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our use of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Residents of California may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
To exercise any of these, write to us through the contact form. We’ll respond within the time the applicable law allows. If you’re in the UK or EEA and you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
7. Security
We hold as little personal data as we can, which is the most effective security measure available to us. What we do hold is protected by encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege administration. No system is perfectly secure, and we won’t claim otherwise.
8. Children
Our software isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we’ll delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top. For changes that materially affect how we handle your data, we’ll make that clear on this page before it takes effect.
10. Contact
Triblyn Studio LLC, Wyoming, United States. Privacy questions and data-rights requests go through the contact form, which reaches us directly. We publish a form rather than an address so it isn’t harvested — it’s not a barrier to reaching us.
